Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All products sold on this website, including but not limited to the Career Advantage Guide™ and any other digital guides, PDFs, downloads, templates, or online materials, are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered via download link or email, it cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Lack of usage

  • Misunderstanding of product content

  • Perceived lack of results

  • Failure to read the product description

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand this is a digital product.

  • You understand that access is granted immediately.

  • You waive any right to request a refund once the product has been delivered.

  • You have read the product description in full before purchasing.


Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical goods. Once downloaded or accessed, the information cannot be revoked.

Allowing refunds on downloadable products would enable misuse of intellectual property and unauthorized distribution, which directly harms the business.

For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.


Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges for the same product

  • Technical issues that prevent delivery and cannot be resolved
